My sixth topic is the post 1972 legislation and the limitations placed on the use of prerogative powers. The court has heard that Mr Eadie relies on the statutory provisions post 1972 and they have imposed various limits on the power of the Crown to act on the international plane. Mr Eadie first referred to part 2 of the 2010 Act, CRAG, and your Lordships and your Ladyship have that at core authorities 1, tab 5, MS page 131. My Lord, Lord Mance I think it was, asked about the green papers and the white paper that preceded the 2010 CRAG legislation.
